One thing to investigate is if the kragen drain plug is too long and deep. It may have been long enough to bump into your gears and cause the grinding. I would get the new HONDA drain plug and check to see if they were the same size.

you still haven't answered the question people are dying to hear.....how the $%(*$(% did the drain bolt get unscrewed???

1) it magically unscrewed itself = Honda should cover it
2) possibly some person unscrewed the bolt to mess with you??? do you have any enemies???
3) did you recently do a fluid change and perhaps the person who performed the service not screw it on tight enough?

answers in a random order:
3) yes... i did change the differencial fluid last weekend and i guess it wasnt tighten enough
1) this is what im gonna say to the dealer if i have to get a new gear differencial, so
2) if i had any enemies, i think they would just break my windows and key my car instead of taking one drain plug out hehe
