Help with eBay Seller
Just in case anyone is keeping an eye on this thread...
The seller has been much better about contacting buyers, and there is a package on its way to me via UPS. According to the UPS web site it is scheduled to arrive on Monday.

Make sure you report to Paypal before the 30 day limit. In the least, they will freeze his Paypal account while they "investigate." If you file after 30 days, you won't get a penny back.
