The repair has been completed Removed the wheel, pulled back the fender liner, taking out as many fender clips as possible. Took out the three screws holding up the ballast, disconnected the ignitor from underneath the headlight, then pulled it out from the inside of the headlight. Then just do everything in the reverse order. Thanks to FromaDB2toanAP1 for everything!

I also applied a small amount of bulb grease to help secure it in the socket. Hopefully this won't happen again anytime soon
