Have you ever used an Arco atm, where the money...
wasn't issued by the machine, but the amount was still debitted from your bank account?
This happened to me, and I received a receipt claiming no funds were distributed by the machine.
I filed a claim with my bank, which then refunded me the amount.
After months, the refund was reversed, and now I no longer know where that receipt is.
Now, my bank is telling me that I have to take it up with Arco directly.
WTF

There's honestly nothing wrong with arco gas. I've used it in all my cars. Nsx, m3, s2k's, civics with type R motors. A lot of the gas comes from similar facilities in the bay area but this is a whole new topic.

I never deal with Arco or use my ATM to purchase anything.
You guys have NO idea how unprotected your ATM/debit card purchases are. You have near zero protection. For the 10-15c/gallon I'd rather pay visa and have the full protection behind me.
