The front one will stay in the garage as a nice wall ornament for sure. I guess my new car isn't new anymore.
However, now that I'm putting the plate on and the car is officially not new, perhaps it's time to start modding it also??? And maybe I can pull a "silversurfer style" SC.

An update. After removing my front plate under intense peer pressure (just kidding, I appreciated it, Chris and Ed), I got a fix it ticket last week for no front plate while legally parked! Of course, I was about 150 feet from the gg park police station, (I was parked on Waller just W of Stanyan). Guess I'll replace the plate, take it to be signed off on, then remove again and be more selective in my choice of spots!

Ed,
Yes, Eric at Master's delivered and mounted the wheels and tires yest afternoon ( following an anxious night as the car sat, unguarded, on the street on 4 jacks!). Couldn't get the oem w rated so2s on short notice and had to go with the z rated, but otherwise all is well.
Are you going on Sunday's drive? I have to work...
