i just bought some springs from that site but have not received any kind of confirmation or any communication from them at all. i'm guessing it's based out of oakland since it has a 510 area code. if anyone can help with any info, i'd appreciate it. thanks.

One rule that I follow when buying online, check the contact/about us page. I only buy from websites that have an email, phone, fax and physical address listed.

I don't understand, are these types of stores pure scams? If so, how could they possibly survive? Won't they get shut down quickly? It looks like they are a Yahoo! sponsored merchant. Did they really go through all that effort listing all those parts and prices on their website, and putting down disclaimers, shipping info, contact info, etc. for a fake store?

Don't tell me you placed an order from them for the Espelir springs? Before purchasing my Espelir springs, I found that huNperformance.com has the best price. I contacted them by phone and asked if they have those springs in stock, they told me they would need to back order those and it could take months. Thus, I went with Gruppe-S and received my (back-ordered) Espelir in about a month. Get your refund back and purchase your springs elsewhere. Otherwise you'll be wasting your time waiting to receive your springs.

i always check a company on bbb.org before i buy from them. a lot of companies are not listed which makes me suspicious of them. 75% of the time they have bad ratings. use bbb.org, its free and only take a couple of seconds
