I'm trying to contact hardtopguy via email (sales@hardtopguy.com) because the hardtop kit they sent me is missing a few items (bolts, defroster switch, trim). When I emailed them to buy the hardtop kit, I got a response in an hour. Now it's been a few days.

Try calling them early in the AM. Remember they are on EST.
