Hardtop Install Question...help!
Hello Everyone,
I purchased a used hardtop that I am attempting to install on a MY 00 s2000. All I got was the actual hardtop, so I am in the process of piecing everything together for the install. So far I've got the new front strikers and the driver side catcher. I am thinking of omitting the install of the rear defroster. I was wondering if anyone knows if I can install the top with just the new front strikers and the two side catchers? I would appreciate any and all comments/suggestions in relation to this problem.

On the '00 model, I think you need the front strikers.
The hardtop has 4 mounting points. The two front stirkers and the 2 side catchers.
Other parts are for appearance (trims and platsic panels).

Thank you all for your responses. I currently have the upgraded front strikers and the side catchers. I am also getting the brushes from a fellow board member. Sounds like I'll be in pretty good shape to throw the bastard on the car already. If anyone else has any comments/suggestions, please feel free to reply to this thread or shoot me a PM. Thanks!
