got my top slashed bar hoppin with few s2k folks back in the day and have had my ht on since then for security reasons. love the look imo but do have a rattle that i can't get rid off near the right latch.

Can't say I hate it but like stooken mentioned, sucks when you randomly want to take the top off

hmmm its good to read this... i'm one of those anal ppl that cant stand rattles... and i'm also considering getting a hardtop. i think the whole added security and safety (for whatever its worth) outweighs having rattles.

I don't have a hardtop and my softtop rattles like crazy on uneven road surfaces, and the wind noise is very high at freeway speeds, I guess I just have to get used to it (its my DD)

theres a honda bulletin about the right latch for your softop, it rattles, and the solution is to put foam in it, that might just be it... i brought mine into the dealership and they fixed it for me.
shiaochiu- tissue paper to stop rattling is NOT ghetto, the dealerships do the same exact thing except they use foam. no shame in a solution that works! heheh

i agree, i hate the fact that i cant go topless whenever i want to. some days when the weather is nice. i cant take the top off by myself.
for the hardtop noise, i get that once in a blue moon. ive heard some cars with alot of the noise.
