Got an update from my friend and they were able to secure another hotel which would give them more capacity than Mosaic. Venue has been updated to Sheraton Hotel in Sunnyvale. 1000+ capacity, 2 rooms of music, heated outdoor patio, VIP bottle service.

Bottles are $200 for 1L Goose, Henny or Patron. Tickets aren't included but my friend said he can get me discounted admission tickets (They're currently going for $30+ fees now online) if needed. Each bottle allows 6 people in (when you buy ticket separately) with no waiting in line.

Everything else like day, time, DJs and stuff remain the same. Just a venue change to a hotel that accommodate a larger crowd.

Alright, I've now had a few more places contact me about hosting the Halloween Party, JP can you give me the info for the security guy and the DJ? A catering company also contacted me and so hypothetically speaking, if this all works out at a cheap price (cheaper than $30), what kind of food would you guys like?

EDIT: Hillsdale club has agreed to rent their place out to me for FREE on HALLOWEEN after 6:30PM!!!!

http://www.hillsideclub.org/

So so far, so good. Now I'm trying to find the CHEAPEST food and music! Maybe potluck and like JP suggested, sound system + ipods?!

I'll hit up my peeps & let you know if they are available; if not we can come up with alternatives - I have a couple of other ideas.

Good sh*t on getting the venue for FREE!? What you have to do to pull that one off!?

Potluck is a great idea - have some sort of checklist of items we definitely would like to have so its accounted for; costco runs!

If there is a big open wall, I can bring my projector & play music videos in silent on the background to pump up the dance floor. I like doing this in tandem with the music/DJ.

---

What day are we doing this again to confirm?

I can get DJ Joocy, the same one I used for my parties. Price will be $350 (thats a pretty good deal & cheaper than what I paid for my party. Includes all equipment, music, speakers, lights) - we'd have to all split this up.

Ummm...party on Monday night? I would rather do this Sat night; thinking this would be better for people with day jobs or school
---

Let me know if I should book her Drisana - will need to know all the confirmed details like: Date, Time (Party Schedule), Exact Location.

Before I go ahead and rent anything, I kind of need to know who would be going. I need an estimate of the amount of people who would be willing to attend something like this.

I don't go to clubs either. I'd rather go to someone's house and play bob for apples.
Feel free to host one then.
Sure! Lemme borrow your house.

Haha I told you guys I'm having peeps over to do something chill at my place. Think were gonna watch a few movies, eat some food etc. You're welcome to come. Just bring food or drinks.

However like a dumb ass I just read further and saw we're having an event at hillside now?

Dude, thank you for this invitation. I'm still not sure what I'm doing. The Monday night plan would be a huge stretch for me, since my work schedule is not flexed for Halloween. We will be in touch! Drisana gets scared of scarey movies, lol
