How about a Hookie day drive to Napa or something? Ok, maybe not so far but it would be cool to take a short jaunt in the Oakland- Berkeley hills or something, ort a coast drive would be great. Screw the $3 gas...i dont get to do this much these days.

Ed, John, what day or days would be better for you guys to do a hookie day?

I have no problem with a Napa or coast drive.
On one hookie day drive John and I made a coast run down to Big Sur and back.

Let me know.

Here are some links to give ya ideas Napa, coast etc...

That's right Drew we did. 400 miles that day over 11 hours. Probably 60-70% twistie roads.

I could do Fri this week. Mon would be a compromise... I'd have to be back to Oakland airport by 3:30. And yeah Coast or Napa are no problem. Often go up to Napa just for lunch with mrs jedwards.

That was a great day/drive

I could probably get off work Friday. But we need to hear from Ed.
