Dad's a sargent and the uncle is with santa clara sheriffs dept. I get crap from the both of them when they find out about one of my speeding ticket.
My uncle said he just finished a class that teachs officers what is california "street legal" so they can pass out more tickets.
Sorry to hear wantone, you can always take traffic school with me this coming saturday

Here's a hint... never pass your 11-99 card to a non CHP. I'm y'all know that, but the city cops don't get shit from it and know it's a get out of jail free card. It's usually taken as insulting.
The VC 41602 has gotten me a warning before, but it's also gotten me a ticket. It's all about attitude. The first time I tried it, I asked and the officer said that he had to fill his quota. I asked him if he wanted to defend that in court, since VC 41602 states that he cannot. He gave me a warning. The second time I tried it, I said it more like the ticket assasin mentioned (sounded like a smart ass) and he said, "I'm not on a quota, but you are getting a ticket."
