You seen my post? Haha, I'm just testing waters. Although my parents are super pissed about it, which is why they made me post a ad. I'm hoping maybe in a month they'll cool down and forget. I really don't want to.

As long as you pay for it that should be all that matters right?

Exactly what I'm saying. My parents are pretty hard headed, typical Filipino parents haha. I'll give em a month, in the meantime I'm not gonna let it stop me from doing small mods

I spent under $500 for my system and it sounds great!
Head unit: Pioneer DEH-7300BT ($150) I chose this because of Bluetooth phone capability. I used Sony Xplod before, and to tell you the truth the Sony sounded better because of higher wattage rating.
Speaker: Factory
Amp: Punch 100a2. The punch is usually under rated. This thing is powerful little bugger.
Subwoofer: JL Audio CP108LG-W3v3 ($225). This is perfect match with the punch. Small and powerful. This sub kick! I had Kicker Solobaric 12" that sounded only the same.
With this setup, I can listen to the music with top down on the highway comfortably.

You're welcome to hear my setup.
That's a really good deal, did you do the install by yourself? I've always been a Pioneer/Alpine/Kenwood fan... I love the JL w3 ...I used to have a alpine amp and a Kicker L7 in my Corolla ...Now that was too much kick! I'd love to hear it your setup. For bluetooth, I bought this headset speaker for the car about a year ago for $30 so I'll be fine on that feature. Yeah the Punch is def under rated, IMO I don't buy popular expensive brand name amps. I just find the ones that delivers the right amount of watts
I did the install all by myself. The deck is very straight forward. If you buy it online, most places will include the plug and play harness for free. Tow wire up the plug and play harness to the deck takes 15 minutes. To put it on the car takes 10 minutes.

Now wiring amp is a little more involved. You can get an install kit at walmart for a good price. Under $30. Install probably takes 1 hour, depends where you mount the amp and how. I put mine on the spare tire area and just use heavy duty commercial grade velcro.

The JL with the box is wasy. Just put it on the well and you're all done. I love the fact that it is easily removable like if I go to the track.

Thanks to Casey for the awesome amp!

I'm glad mine is already wired for subs but I don't plan on getting any, not liking the setup but it'll do for now. Installing audio parts is a breeze, I never paid anyone.

Here's the Modifry website to be able to use the oem dash to control the deck.

Awesome! Thanks, too bad they don't carry my deck haha. Looks like I'm gonna need to get a new deck
Not sure if the PAC remote would work with your deck. I have one installed and it works fine for me. Never had any issues with it. I would probably get a Modifry next time around, but honestly the PAC works fine.

Is it cheaper? As long as it does the job I'm not gonna complain.
