We tried all the bolts in different holes to ensure there wasn't an accidental swapping of parts. Sometimes I just have bad luck with these sorts of things. Either way I'm happier with the ones the body shop used because the 8 bolts along the bottom should not have a thick head in a way that they could get caught on the ground. The ones on my lip will have a more recessed flat type head.

You should remove that XM antenna and just cover the hole with vinyl or something.

I kinda like the antenna because it's black and has the perfect curve for the gopro curved mount. I believe the original OEM S2000 XM antenna is silver, right?

Can't wait to see the finished product. Any plans for clear bra to protect the newly painted front end?

I've thought about that, I would need to do a little research first.

Does any one have recommendations about this? Where to go? East Bay, South Bay, Peninsula-- local?

Yeah, the OEM XM installs I've seen all had a silver antenna.

If I remember correctly, we had ours custom painted gloss black when we had some body work done in the past.
