Default Got out of my ticket by default!

Had to miss work to go to traffic court, I ran a red light back in sept.; difficult to explain. Nonetheless the cop didn' show up and not guilty by default!

Yahoo! I've got a clean record, but still plan to fight the speeding ticket i got a couple weeks ago on 280, was going 80mph....

I think everyone should contest tickets, i've been doing it for years!

I think i have 3 tickets "not guilty" by default.

At one point in my life I had 12 points, my license suspended and also restricted! But i'm clean now, and no longer in small town michigan.

You're right, I should have fought it. There goes some money I could have spent on mods.

Start with Trial By Declaration to more than double your odds of beating the ticket.

You should have told the officer that you were avoiding a dog that ran in front of you and into the hole in the fence. Then tell him to come with you to check and see if the dog is ok because I have nothing to do and neither do you right officer?
