my insurance called today and they wont cover the bumper. they're firmly insisting that i hit something. the AAA representative will not listen to any reasoning and says "i can't correlate the damage on the door with the damage on the bumper"

the guy said he's the head of the vandalism claims and the bumper is definitely not vandalism.
i presented the following points
a collision would mean horizontal scratches not vertical like the one i have.
he said something might have dropped on it.
someone might have dropped something on it
something HELLA heavy had to have dropped on it to make that deep of scratches that paint was peeling off and there would have been a dent.
besides... if something dropped on it, i wouldnt have curved scratches that had an up and down pattern.
to make a long story short the guy just wouldnt listen to reason. so i'm wondering, do you guys think i can get the conflict resolved by arbitration? coz clearly AAA doesnt care what valid evidence i present...
it'd be better to have a neutral third party decide...
