that sucks man but truly if that happened to me i would park my car out there again with your gf's car next to yours again... but i'd hide somewhere and watch for someone to key your car. try and watch on the same day the incident happened so the chances of the person seeing your car again might do it?

then make them pay. if you dont have the money you have to find out who did it to make them cough it up. those look like bumper marks to me though. good luck.

 

Ustemuf thinks along the same lines as me. unfortunately this happened either at nighttime where its too cold to sit around outside or when i was in class... security said they saw nothing and all they did was file it for me. i'll get a better picture soon.

You said you got it keyed again at school. Same location means it's someone that knows you most likely.

After you get it fixed, have your GF park somewhere near your car but not right next to it. Maybe put a camcorder in her car pointing at your car?? Gotta find one of those that can record for hours. Once you catch them, proceed to make them swallow their own balls.

 

Dude. Don't trip man. It's just material. Eventually you'll fix it.. don't let it get to you. With a big attention car, specially in red, you're gonna get just that, attention. Be it good or bad, it comes with ownership.

To make ya feel better, my motor blew within the first 24 hours of the day I picked up my S. Now THAT.. sucked seeing it get towed away.

I wouldn't even consider repainting or repairing it right now. Regardless if you had the money or not, as once you repaint.. its just going to get vandalized again.. at the same place. Be glad the top isnt slashed and f the haters man. Don't let them win by letting it get to you. Just handle your business at school for now (especially if you have no choice but to drive it), and repair/repaint it later when you don't have to park there anymore... or have other alternatives.

beanolo- ur right, the first thing i checked after i saw the damage was the soft top. both times it got vandalized my soft top was in tact (thank god) anyway, thanks for the support i really appreciate it from everyone. i was planning on saving up for a new hard top but i guess the money's just gonna go to try and buy some beater car of some sort.
on the goodside:
both my dad and my sister offered to let me use their cars.
on my side:
i refused to take the offer. instead i'll drive the S for a little bit and repair the old ford truck in our backyard and use that. all it needs is a good paint job and excercise.
