Thank you everyone.

I'm really sad to leave everyone here... but, it's something I have to at least try to accomplish. Photography is something where you go where there's work, then work comes to you... so, I need to go make that happen.

I definitely won't stop posting and keeping in touch with everyone. And I'm sure I'll start to attend some of the socal meets once I'm down there - the Topdown guys were great when I passed through last October.

As for the dinner... I'm going to let Vu know somewhere... I'm sure it will near-ish Milpitas so afterward we can all go chill and I can share a farewell boba with you all

Wow that sucks for us, but you gotta take chances in life or you will never know what you missed. Good Luck John-boy!

Well....

This is really hard to say... But, I'm moving.

Some of you know bits and pieces to the many parts that make up my decision - mostly professional, some personal, none financial, haha.

But, I've decided to quit my job and move to Los Angeles to pursue work in photography. I'm currently finishing out my remaining days at work and am busy figuring out the logistics of moving down to LA.
I've lined up a place to stay, and already have some job leads that will hopefully lead to more future work and connections.

So, I know this is short notice, but I leave next Thursday... some things came up sooner than I anticipated and I need to jump at the opportunity.
The hardest part is going to be leaving the friends I've made the last year and a half here. I won't be completely gone of course, and I'll still try and make major events if possible. But, I won't be at the Friday boba meets any more, and that's going to really suck

I wanted to try and plan a BBQ with everyone before I left, but, that doesn't look like it will happen due to my extremely short time left. (Now you guys know some of the reasons I've been MIA and haven't been online posting much recently)

So, if possible, I would love to see anyone that's free Friday at the Milpitas meet... it'll be my last one for a while
hate to see you go
At least you'll be closer to spugen
We'll call you the next time Sandy and I visit her parents.
Good Luck with everything.
