Good shops for an car inspection?

Not sure that they do inspection, but they do repairs on BMW so I figured they could take a look and tell you what's up.
I've never been to Palo Alto BMW but i've read/heard good things about this place. Honest mechanics and fair prices on repair/maintenance work. I'll be taking my 5 there for future maintenance work.
I've been to Kirberg back when I owned an Audi and the guys there were good. Diagnosed my problems within a day when the stupid dealership couldn't find out what's wrong. I had Kirberg diagnose, and then I took my car back to the dealership and made them fix it under warranty even though I was out since my problem was already around back when I had warranty. I would take my car here, but it's a bit far from where I live.
