Default is this a good price s2k

hi guys
so i've been searching for a s2k for a while, i've exhausted all the possibilities with private sales because some are modified and some are over my budget. so i have came across this one from a dealer and here is the link:

please let me know if you think the price is fair (if the condition is good)
http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/ctd/2166788929.html

also give a brotha a heads up if you see a good deal. =]

Thanks

its gonna come close to $18k otd, i think you can get a better deal, lower mileage and theres a lot of non-modified s2k in priv sales

thanks =]

i've searched the entire FOR SALE forum, and checked craigslist daily but haven't found any thing good yet, most private sales on cragslist are either salvaged or has high millage on them.

so i guess i will just have to wait =[

I went to go see that car the first week they bought it.

Me: I'd like to see the Honda s2000 you have for sale?
Snarky Manager: We're a B-M-W Dealership. We don't sell HONDAS.

Anyways, they didn't have their story straight and wouldn't let me test drive the car because they hadn't "inspected" it yet.

But yea. Price-wise, you can probably talk them down quite a bit if you're interested.
It's also one of the most unpopular colors (though it's grown on me).
Take an edmunds quote, a blackbook quote, and KBB. Try to get as close to trade-in as possible.

But as it stands, it's overpriced. It's been on sale for about two months now if I recall correctly.

it takes time, usually the good deals are gone before you even see it
