Default Good Price?

Hello Gang,

So I decided to fix the car myself with the exception of painting. I'll be installing a "new" drivers side door and fender. My car is a MY00 and the parts are from a AP2 so i'm assuming the paint (Silverstone) will be a little off.
I went to West Auto Body today and got quoted $1300.00 to blend the fender and doors to the rest of the car (rear qtr panel). Now I find this a bit pricey considering I'm not asking for the hood or mirrors to be painted since i'm going carbon fiber, I'm leaving them the car half way prepped as far as having panels, lights and emblems removed and lastly, they said there is no need to paint/blend the bumper. What are your thoughts about the price? Are there better options? Am I missing something?

they said there's no need to paint the bumper because it will always be off if repainted since it's plastic.

sounds like a decent price to me though

That was exactly their reasoning.

to be honest, it's really hard to tell if they match it well (fender to bumper) (also rhymes )

price sounds reasonable to me... assuming they do good work.
