WHile i don't think 280 is a good place to top it out (to many police), you certainly could: I have a friend who took a civic up to 130 going down the steepest incline. (stupid, stupid friend)
Just curious...how do you go down an incline?

Dude...... not a good idea to be posting this $hit online, you may as well hold out a sign that says "arrest me please". If you wanna do this shit, then do it, but don't post it online
Yeah...I'm sure the police are watching! Maybe John Ashcroft himself...following my every post...where will he do it! they will set up roadblocks!

lol....seriouslly though:

1.) the police don't monitor these forums
2.) they don't know who I am
3.) I'm not exactly giving a date and a time, no am I?

That being said, do you think people are giving stuff away that the police don't know? I'm sure they know better than anyone the best places to speed

Incline - n.

An inclined surface; a slope or gradient.

It doesn't matter whether you going up or down. I suppose I could have called it a decline, or a declivity, but i bet most people would have confused the first with the verb and would not have understoof the second.

I second (or is it third?) NOT doing triple digits on 280 between the 92 and SF.

HWY 505 gets my vote. If you really need to do it close by, go to SFO, then as you com back get on the top ramp heading to N101, that's a nic 1/4 mile stretch!

So, if the 505 is the place to do it, how do you guys recommend doing it so as to minimize the chance of getting caught?

I was thinking about driving over there with a freind, and having them drive a few miles ahead, looking out for the CHP.

Any other ideas?

PS I know, y'all probably think I'm paranoid, but the thought of getting a ticket going 150 doesn't appeal to me, and I have friends who would be willing to help low the risk.

If you get caught doing 100+ mph, the cops (CHP or local) will impound your car
and probably you won't see it for a while.

something to think about.
