Good place for a dyno tune?

Gruppe-S has great service and they are very knowledgeable over there. Only thing is I don't think that they tune the S2000 (correct me if I'm wrong), but if your just looking for a dyno run than I highly recommend them. I'm getting my SC installed and tuned over at Modacar in a few weeks. Both very good shops!!

DSR has done dozens of S2K VAFC tunes, dynos, etc.

yeah DSR, lawrence tuned tons of VAFC... im bringing mine there sometime soon for baseline dyno before i start putting stuff on it.
