Ton Kiang in the Richmond District is very good. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes on Saturday and Sunday.
Harbor Village, and Yank Sing which are located downtown are also very good. Yank Sing has some non-traditional style Dim Sum which may not appeal to some, but I like it because it's a little different.
