Default Good diff shops in the Bay Area?

My pinion seal is leaking and I need to have the seal replaced. From the Helm's manual it looks like I have to completely realign the gears since the preload is taken off the pinion when the seal is removed. Is this true? If so, that sucks... in any event what are the good shops in the Bay Area?

I've read about Rear End Specialties from Brian and his 75 different differentials . Have they done good work? Are they in Santa Clara???

What about other shops???

Thanks in advance...

I don't see why that would be necessary. You don't even touch the ring. All you have to do is get a new pinion spacer and the seal and you should be fine.

Andrew,

Rear End Specialties is a postive for me. I sent out quite a bit of differentials to get the oem final gears swap out and replace with a higher gear ratio.
