Ken at Motorsport Techniques is a cool guy. Last minute tire changes and he always fits me in. Call in for an appoinment, they are always busy
These next two are bit out of your way but I like their work
Agundis in South San Francisco aligns my car. They do it for around $60 and the specs I want.
The Shop in San Bruno can do it as well.

+1 for motorsport techniques. Ken has been aligning my cars since 2001. He's great and always set it up to my own custom settings. Great for right after getting your car corner balanced

Auto innovations is great as well, but a bit far for me.

Go to motorsport techniques in hayward! they are the best i always get my car aligned there.
For $90 they will dial in all four wheels to the exact .1 of a degree you want everything.
