GM Test Drive Event
Just got back from the GM test drive event
www.autoshowinmotion.com
It was pretty cool. Lots of cars to drive, but not all of them were really worth the effort. Things like an Accord LX Sedan.
I got there at 8:45 so the lines were pretty short.
Cars which drove the best were the 350Z, and Caddy CST. the GTO was a total disappointment. Car was not very fast off the line, poor handling, and very poor brakes. Every other car was just kind of
I saved the Corvett for last, but totally spun out. Like 720 spun out. If I was smart I would have eased into it, but that's a pretty big if. Needless to say, I was not used to the torque. They had a co-piolt riding shotgun for all the Corvetts and SSRs. My guy, Nick, asked me what I normally drive, I told him S2000. I don't think I represented the community well. I'm sorry, I tried.
Anyone else have fun?
