Here is what a 19 yr old female in an SUV did to my parked Prelude last Friday:

 

Same situation as mine a few months back, Joon. Stupid girl says that she couldn't see my car. Bear in mind, my car is at stock height with stock rims. She paid out of her pocket in the end. Anyway, don't let their insurance push you around. Be courteous, but be very assertive about where you plan to take your car. Worst case scenario, if their insurance is being totally unreasonable (which, to me, is making you take your car anywhere but where you choose), you could get your insurance to talk to them.

This is no time to be a nice guy, especially with that much damage. How fast was this lady backing up?!
