Default Getting pulled over for no reason

Around 11:45pm, on my way home from 280S, I'm driving at a constant speed of 70mph. A CHP pulls me over, and the conversation goes something like this:

chp: WHAT DO YOU THINK YOURE DOING?
me: (confused) "...What do I think I'm doing what...?
chp: DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW FAST YOURE GOING?
me: 70mph
chp: YOU WERE GOING 87mph.
me: WHAT? You have GOT to be kidding me. I was NOT going 87
chp: YES YOU DID. I CLOCKED YOU IN AT 87mph, YOU FLEW RIGHT PAST ME.
me: You're kidding me. And you got this on your radar?
chp: YES.
me: Can I see it?
chp: I don't need to show you anything.
me: You tell me I was clocked in at 87mph, and you're not going to even prove it to me?
chp: I SAID I DON'T NEED TO SHOW YOU ANYTHING

At this point, he asks where I'm going, where I'm coming from, where I live, etc.

me: Can I PLEASE see the radar?
chp: NO. I SAID I DON'T NEED TO SHOW YOU ANYTHING. NEXT TIME, YOU BETTER FREAKIN SLOW DOWN
me: Right officer. I'll try not to speed so fast next time...

So basically, I got pulled over for absolutely nothing. Accused of speeding, and the officer refused to show me the radar which he claimed to clock me in at 87mph. I don't typically talk back to cops, but this situation was pretty unjust. He was yelling at me the whole time, so I don't know... maybe he was having a bad day or it's his time of the month... but damn... I guess 70mph is the new 90. Just a little interesting bedtime story for my fellow s2ki members.

Yeah, I wasn't really pissed or anything... just a bit shocked that he blatantly lied to my face.

not that bad, i was in my friends(hes black) car the other day and we had 2blacks 1white guy and 1asian ppl in the car. we were droppin my friend off at his house in milpitas and this cop makes a uturn and starts following us in the residential. he passes a car up to pull us over and asks for everyones id. he asked if any of us were on probation, misdemenor committed any felonies etc, and we said no he had this surprised look on his face. guy was such a douche and a 2nd cop pulls up and he stands outside tryin to look all tough. after the cop tries to be a smartass for 10min he gives my friend a no front plate ticket.

yea definitely a bad cop. if you have the time or if you want i suggest filing a complaint to that county. i know one thing, if I'm patrolling around, no s2k owners are getting a ticket
