I know you checked your spark plugs, but do you know what they are supposed to look like?
Yes, I know what they're supposed to look like. And I even gapped them back to factory specs, they weren't off, but I did it just for assurance. (yes, I know how to gap them, and what the factory spec is)

By the way, what kind of tires are you running?
In the front it's like.. wynster? I don't know, it's a "W" name, and I've never heard of them. WHen I talked to the guy at wheel works, he was able to name them from my "wynster" attempt. They have like.. 90% left. On the rear it's 30% Pirelli P7000. I'm getting new tires asap, but I can't right now because.. well I'm 16 and working two jobs just to pay for it. . I get about $100 or so extra dollars a month to save up for everything I need.

How about a Valve adjustment?
No one has even mentioned that. I know what the valves are, so don't worry. But where would I get it done? At any mechanics place? I take auto.. could it be done there with the help of my auto teacher? If I have to take it somewhere, how much?

Remember, money is a huge factor for me. A hundred dollars to you guys is like nothing.. but to me it's everything.

I also agree with your sluggish comment. The S isn't exactly fast, especially while in "dog mode" (non vtec).
I didn't know that little comment would throw everyone off. What I meant by "it definitely moves" means if I want to "dog mode" it, I can with easy.

In other words, I don't feel like it's sluggish at all. But then again, I've never driven another S, so that's why I said it would be greatly appreciated if someone here, who was knowledgable would drive mine.

One of the Honda techs I work with told me to pour 2 bottles of injector cleaner when there's only a 1/4 tank, then mash it over and over again to make sure the concentrated injector cleaner cleans it out. It worked for me.

But if the injector cleaner is good for 20 gallons.. that means you're putting 40 gallons worth of injector cleaner in an 11 gallon tank. Doesn't make sense?

I wouldn't do this my self. Using that much cleaner could harm the valve stem seals.
