If it helps any he told me that this is a universal single HKS exhaust with 3" piping. He said that the flange that it has will not match up the an S without having a shop fabricate a new one to match the bolt holes on the stock cat or test pipe if you run one. I have never seen it in person but he said that it's in pretty good condition except for some scratches on the underside of the can from the car being lowered.

yep..thanks to Stingerbtry. just as he said. only cost u $20 to make a Flange at any muffler shop.
