Default FS: Home Theater PC

Hi all,

i'm selling my Home Theater PC.

Here are the specs:

Antec Sonata Quiet Case
Athlon 2800+ with ThermalTake Silent Boost heatsink/fan
Asus A7N8X Deluxe
Hitachi Deskstar 200GB IDE
1GB Corsair DDR3200
Memorex 4x DVD-R, +R dual format burner
Radeon 9800 (non-pro) 128MB card with Arctic Cooling Silent Fan

This thing was built to be quiet and it's pretty damn near silent. I've had it hooked up to my Samsung DLP set via DVI and was mainly using it to play DVD's make backups . It has WinXP Pro, PowerDVD, & Nero loaded. Runs WMVHD clips with no problems at all.

Asking $450 OBO. I have the boxes for all the items. This would make an awesome HT machine or an awesome workstation. The case is flawless and there are no scratches.

Are you joking? I think you should be able to get more than that. That's actually a steal. The memory alone is worth $200+, I'd say the video card is $125 or whatever, hard drive another $125 or so, you do the math...

edit: but then again you must be trying to get rid of it fast then. If that's the case somebody jump on this NOW.

I built the PC. Did you mean buy the components? It's a mix of stuff from CompUSA, Fry's, Circuit City.
