I would prefer it if they just made it a proper 2 seater, but that might end up looking pretty weird. No way I would ever buy the convertible version over the hardtop version. The S2000 was always designed to be a convertible, so it works very well.

Best looking 4 seater convert I've seen . (minus Astons)
The OP insinuates youngins enjoying top down, rwd fun is a bad thing. Why hog all the joy for the older crowd?
To cheap cars that still leave a driver inspired.

Didnt mean to come off as bashing the car really. Didnt get my coffee fix this morning when i wrote it. Either way. this car will fly off the lot.
Not the finalize version and no numbers are posted yet. There soon will be only two brand new "cheap" sporty drop top you can buy. FRS and Miata. From the looks of things, many people are looking for something other than the Miata soo the FRS/BRZ drop top is the only other direction that they can go soon. It should fly off the lot.
This is considering that the tuner has not gotten their hands on it. I would love to see the numbers on this thing. Don't get me wrong, I like the FRS/BRZ twin. driven them both, I just like the S2K more.
Delete the soft top, add cage and hardtop and it should handle just fine. And yes, kids gotta start some where to become gear heads.
