hardtopguy.com has them for $369 w/ hardware installation kit. Not sure about shipping + tax
I bought my rear wheel hub + bearings, front license plate plugs, convertible material patch, factory touch-up paint from them.

According to their installation instructions, the parts lists has all the items needed. I hope that this is the case.
If I buy off hardtop guy, its $447.99 w/ shipping.
If I buy at Handa accessories and pick it up in Sacramento, its $396.35 w/ tax. Since my cousin lives only a few blocks away from the dealership they allow you to pick it up from, I could save a few bucks going this route.

Hmmm...looks like Baron came up w/ the better deal. I'm sure he won't mind driving two hours back and forth + cost of gas to save the difference.
I bought my OEM Front Lip about a year ago from Honda of Serramonte for $486.35. I live 5 min away from the dealership. They hella got me but at least I'm too lazy to drive that far.

Opt to pick up in Milpitas. No shipping charges. Should be $380 OTD. Save on gas!
Edit: NVM, looks like they charge tax. The title was a bit confusing. It's no tax out of California obviously. LOL

Does Hondapartscheap.com's OEM AP2 spoiler come with the hardware? It's $387.62 with tax. Something to consider about if its that much closer than going up to Sac.
