Default Front License Plates in the SF Bay Area..?

So I was checking out the recent group drive photos and it looks close to 50/50.

Do you Bay Area owners rock front plates or no?

State your city and if you have any stories of trouble/fines/tickets/etc...

Yes, plates are on. Just not worth the stress/unwanted LEO attention or trouble of having to deal with it. I've never heard anyone say, "that would be an awesome S2000 if it didn't have the front plate."

If this is what it means to "rock" a front license plate, then yes ( sorry, I'm old). Finally got rid of the horrid stock front bracket. I just don't need the stress of worrying about getting pulled over. I got stopped after 8 years of not having a plate on my Toyota Tacoma in Virginia about 3 days before moving out here in spring! Doh!

Actually I went back and looked at the Ciopinno Drive pictures again and I only see ONE car that has a front plate...

What gives? Safety in numbers?

Any comments from all you no-platers?
