so i bought a heat gun and looking to heat up my front bumper and bend it back to place. seems like this is the cheapest and best way for me to go. my bumper isnt even that bad once i fixed it to be honest.
now with that my head gun has two temperatures.... 750F and 1000F. which setting to i chose to heat up the bumper and bend it back to place. also.. how long do i heat it up for before bending it?

I'd use the 750F and hold it far away from the bumper first until you get a feel for how fast it heats , heat the panel up slowly and move the gun around(don't leave it on just one spot), or it will burn the paint and bumper.
FYI considering that 750F will melt solder, you shouldn't need to heat it up to the full 750F
