no

we're not moving it. there isn't a place big enough for a meet our size.

we do have occasional small gatherings in the area though since many of us are local to the south bay

Understand... It is nice to be able to see all of these cars in the same place and meet many friends who share common interests. Although, I've always wondered why it's being held in the late evenings when visabilities would be poor for admiring such beautiful details, except maybe for the fact that most businesses in the surrounding areas would be closed and therefore more parking spaces would be available?

Looking forward to attending some of these gatherings.

Well Richard can tell you more about how they came to choose that place and time

But, from what I know... Friday was selected because it worked best the majority of people's schedules (having the next morning off work). The current location is very large. Businesses are open, but we frequent the tea shops and dinner locations for a quick bite.
I agree with it being easier to admire cars in daylight... but the lot is very well lit. Much better than places we've been to in the Southbay. Also, the meet was moved to Milpitas a while back because it's the most central location to the majority of regulars.

Anyway, if I haven't met you yet, I'm sure I will soon at one of the meets

(don't take my tone to sound mean, it's totally not... just letting you know what I know)

Negative tones? None was heard nor taken, but I certainly appreciate your sensitivities and definitely appreciate your taking the time to give me some backgrounds and explanations.

Have a great meet tomorrow!

derno i had a few friends get pulled over, according to them if you had no front license plate they popped your hood and looked for illegal mods. They all got away with just the license plate ticket but if some of you were highly modified id recommend putting a front one on just for tomorrow or at the very least going in through a side entrance to the plaza.
