We shouldn't let one cop dictate what we should or shouldn't do. We've had many cops over the last year+ roll through and chat with us without any issues, so unless it continues to be a problem, I see no reason why we should change anything. When the predecessor to this meet first started on a Thursday on Milpitas Blvd, the cops didn't harrass us there, so as I recall that was the primary reason why we choose to stay in Milpitas, just a different venue with more choices.

If some of the other clubs feel worried or concerned, then that's up to them. Perhaps it's good to thin out the herd from time to time. We are adults doing nothing wrong, so we have nothing to worry about. The businesses in the area want our business and as long as we support them, they will support us.

If the same cop shows up again and harrasses us, perhaps it we will exercise our civic right and file a complaint against him. See how he likes it.

So hope to see everyone tonight.

I just spoke to someone at MP PD and they did not have a complaint last friday nor was an officer called out to that location.

If he comes out tonight just tell him you're waiting for your food. If you're eating tell him you will leave when you finish your drink.

Also if you see him let me know.

BTW he has every right to kick us out if we're not customers. He can also arrest you if you do not coopperate.

If he tries to do the same thing I'll call the watch commander and see what's up.
