if you can't do the ice part, just try to stay off it as much as possible; best would be to wrap it (but i'm assuming you don't have a wrap on hand at work) to prevent reinjury.
also, elevating (as stated before) is a good idea. granted, you might look alittle awkward with one foot up in the air but it really does help, i'll spare you the boring details.
