disagree! lol My mom and all her sisters cook with no MSG and it's YUMMY. My aunt use to own a Pho Restaurant so her pho is hands down the best home made one i've ever had.. and there's no MSG! my mom makes a kick ass home made pho with no msg too. food can still taste good w/o all that added extra.

can't say the same about my cooking skills though. Asian moms don't really write anything down. It's all stored up top and my mom cooks using the "little bit of this.. little bit of that...pinch here.. pinch there" method... No accurate measuring methods and my pinch is like way bigger than her pinch!
