There's two kind of hu tieu you can get. The first is with stew in the bowl with the noodles. The second is with the stew separate from the noodles in its own bowl. Personally, I like the "dry" version because I can put in the stew after if I want. Another must have order is the "gio chao quay" which is kind of like a donut. The meatball is alright.
