i am a IT in the navy,,,been in for 4 1/2 years and got 3 left.
i haven't finish with school yet, and i got no Cert,,,,,
Could you give me some advise on what i should do before i get out,,,,,hope i can find a job,,,,i probably get Cert and finish my college......if i don't finish my school and no cert,,,in worst case scenarios, do you think i still get a decent pay job,,,,,,,Thanks in advance

Its all about connections and hookups. I have a BS degree which helped me get the promotion where I'm working, but once I got my foot in the door in the beginning, I began venturing and meeting people within the agency.
I would say just take it slowly with school. But I just wanted to get school out of the way so I concentrated in school and took care of that. Now its just work and play.
