ZMONSTA, I guess I will see you around in Cupertino area. I haven't seen any S2K in Cupertino, but I don't drive around much in Cupertino because I live very close to the 85/De Anza exit, just hop on the freeway to go to work. But if you see an '02 Silver with body kits, that's probably me.
The front spoiler seems difficult to remove by myself. BTW, is the front plate difficult to remove? I can't seem to reach the bolts inside. I remembered someone saying it's difficult to remove. I am asking the dealer to send me the plugs. I am debating if I should remove the front plate.
Thanx all, maybe I could have gotten a lower price, but I think it's good and it was a rather simple deal. Now I can enjoy the car. There seems to be quite a bit of S2K inventory around and the market is very narrow. (this could be because Honda is shipping all the S2K to CA and FL during Winter.) I think people should be able to get at sticker, if not lower, before Spring comes.

The front plate isn't hard to remove at all - with any socket wrench. Whether or not you're going to put your plate on, Take that bracket off at least until you're permanent plates come in. you can buy the plugs at handaaccessories at least

Congrats! I think you got a good deal!
I turned down your car during my "search". They were very motivated, salesman told me they would sell for MSRP +their cost on accessories. I turned it down as I *did not* want the spoilers or side strakes. I could have lived with the alarm, but didn't really want that either.
I waited a bit longer and got my 02 spa last week for MSRP . . . with no forced dealer options.

bumper,
Congrats on yours also, I was ready to pay MSRP on a "no option" S2K. So when they first told me it's got all that, I was going to thank you, I don't want the aero kit. But the manager was really eager to sell and willing to make a deal, I guess at the end, the aero kit didn't look too bad (my wife liked it, too). And the added price with all the option was just reaching my upper limit, I took it. Anyhow, we can now enjoyr our S2K's.
