No, I meant 1:19
I also forgot to mention I was having some braking issues. Very strange.

I'm running stock calipers with Cobalt Spec VR front pads and Cobalt Spec C rear pads. I was getting a lot of pulsing from the brakes and my braking distance was a good 10+ feet longer going into turn 14. When I got home, I took a closer look at my rotors and my rear rotors had some very interesting wear on them. At first I thought I had grooved them, but after washing my car, the "grooved" area didn't rust like the rest of the rotor, so I think it was more likely brake pad buildup because I didn't swap rear rotors out like I do my front rotors.
I run hawk blues on the rear and am much happier with them. Hope cobalt gets the VR compound in the rear soon! or something like it.

I've found the spec C's to be horrid on rear rotors. The pads didn't last long and neither did my rotors.

I'm thinking about trying out the Cobalt GT-Sport for the rear.
