Default Fender Flaring

Have any of you found someone who can flare OEM fronts slightly without needing a repaint?

I tried to fit a 255 front tire on the fenders and ended up with some damage. Don't have the money to pay a shop to flare them for me and repaint both. Was curious what it would cost and if it was possible to flare without a repaint and if anyone here can do front fenders well/ roll fronts either.

The max I have fit with no damage & still show quality fender job is 17x8+38 on a 235/40 tire & -2.2 camber up front. I could have probably done a 8.5 but it wouldve been risky at the height I was at with my KWs at the time. Spunky did my roll on the fenders at that time.

^ I think Fujin(Nate) is trying to run my setup 255/40/17 17X9 +45 Enkei RPF1 all around but his tires were too wide for his OEM front fenders that it damaged it pretty badly. He actually got my above offsets and I think wants his fenders flared like mine. I'm not sure who flared my fenders but I have a feeling it was spunky that flared my maxrev.net car. I'm not sure if spunky is his s2ki screen name or how to reach him directly for an estimate but I'm pretty sure someone from s2ki can help you locate spunky. I don't think you can just roll the front fenders. I think it is pull and flare the front fenders. Good luck

Your fenders were done by Active Autobody & it was roughly between $1000-$1500 to do this. Spunky cannot make fenders look like yours because there is a lot more involved in a proper flare. Hanzel had his bodyshop flare out his OEM fenders & the cost he mentioned was also around $1K +.

Justin was at one point running a 17x9+45 RPF with 255/40 & also messed up his fenders. I can already imagine how they look & at this point, its going to take a bodyshop to get them back to a clean look. If the OP doesnt really care that much for aesthetics; then yes - a more aggressive roll can be done to the already damaged fenders. Its just not going to look too good.

The best way for you to save the $ is to roll it yourself & take your time doing it. No ones going to be able to pay more attention & give detail to the roll than you if you put the time, research & effort in to it. Not to mention since they are already jacked up; its a good platform to learn & gain experience on IMO.

Spunky did all 4 of my fenders. I am running 17x9 +45 rpf1 with 255/40/17 all around. I don't rub ever on the street, only when my wheel is close to fully locked during hard cornering while hitting a bump. Even then it's not that bad.

Roll all 4 and pull the fronts. Looks pretty good to me.

Good luck.

Thanks everyone for the info. I ended up with rolled front fenders and rocking a 245/40/17 a more proper sized tire anyway.
