I would like to leave the details up to my host Avi. He and Wantone can work things out. I'm at their disposal. Rather than calling it a true "Tech" day, perhaps we could have a "tech discussion" session. I would more than happy to point out some of the specific characteristics of the car in terms of maintenance and day to day stuff and "try" to answer any questions that people may have. "Tearing" into peoples' cars might be very time consuming and messy. Also, this would require someone providing a garage, tools and various other "shop materials".
I'm looking forward to meeting the local folks and getting the "bay area experience". I haven't been to San Fran since 1973. It was beautiful then and I'm sure it is just as much so now.
