Fantasy basketball is different than football if thats what you are comparing it too.
In head to head Fantasy basketball, we compete on 9 different stats
ie... FG%, FT%, total points scored, total rebounds, total assists....
at the end of the week, you may be '5-4-0' which means you beat your weekly rival in 5 categories and lost in 4. Throughout the season you are placed by your total win-loss record to get into the playoffs.
Once in playoffs, you just need to win your matchup of that week to go forward.

There was a 2-3 week period where I totally forgot to set my rosters (FAIL) but otherwise I've been keeping up with it.
