Default fairfax bolinas road

anyone been on this road yet?

I got lazy today so i didn't go to work. Did some errands & took my car to have it balanced. Then went for a test drive on Fairfax-Bolinas Road. This is the road that CNET test drove the 2007 S2000 on.
http://reviews.cnet.com/convertible/2007-h...7-32116772.html

I started out in Fairfax. drove all the way to the 1. took a left on the 1, then continue for about 5 miles, took a left on Panoramic Hwy. Then drove to the end of panoramic to the 1 again.

Didn't want to go home yet, so I took a detour to Mt. Tam. The view up there was amazing. It was around 7:30, so the fogs were rolling in and covered the whole valley below.

Then went home after that.

I'll probably be hitting that road again. If anyone interested, we could have something set up this weekend or next.

not too wide most of the time. it's a small backroad.

not much runoff. not many guardrails either. it is very scenic and has some twisties. good amount of car commercials filmed there.

please be mindful of cyclists up there. that is our playground.

Yeah, parts of it are pretty nice for driving, but a lot of it is just one and a half lanes wide, no runoff at all, and completely blind.
