You can't get upset for people wanting to be compensated in some sort of way for giving you they're ride to test fit this exhaust. Why be bitter about them wanting something when they are providing something for you?
God forbid what's going to happen if the car were to blow up on the dyno? Would the donor just be shit out of luck because you are not a big corporation from China with the funds to back it up? Each party should have something to gain, For you that's results and for the donor it should be cash/part compensation along with a contract saying you will be held responsible for engine failure that can possibly happen. Anything short of this is pretty much just a joke..

if an individual came on the forum and asked for help,
i am sure we would have members here that wouldn't hesitate to help this person, me included.
BUT he is coming in and asking one of us to give away our time for free to a company (big or small) that is going to profit from your time.
So there should be compensation for this.

I would assume if they are doing a dyno pull to gauge whether the exhaust makes power, before and after, that you are basically getting a free dyno on your car. Isn't that a reasonable compensation? It's not like he's asking for you to pay for your own dyno pull then he pays for his own. So lets be logical and assume that the stock dyno pull numbers are really saving you $75-$100 for what you would other wise pay for your own dyno. Am I wrong here for reading between the lines.
