There's a few.. but it depends what you need done. I had to repair a full titanium exhaust before but the welds wouldn't hold because it was pretty dirty (even after cleaning).

What are you trying to do?

yeah let us know what you are trying to fix. one of the cyclists in my group fabricates his own titanium bike frames so he might be able to help.

Take the exhaust off of the car and take it to most any machine shop. They will weld it no problem. This machine shop in Santa Clara welds titanium.

For a custom exhaust... yes. For a repair job, it's just a little bit more expensive than stainless.

Everyone hears about the Amuse middle resonator blowing out for forced induction S2K's... I had a small plate and gusset welded on mine for preventive measure... about 10 linear inches of weld... whopping $40.

Any updates on this? Who did you go with?

I am in desperate need of a local shop that can do a good job of welding Ti.
I just got a used exhaust from Japan. Unfortunately the previous owner repaired it with some tack welds to hold a pipe that came loose.

Thanks.

Otto
